Ryan Moran

Ryan was admitted as an Australian lawyer in 2021, having graduated from Monash University with double degrees in law and commerce. Ryan completed his Practical Legal Training with the College of Law in 2020 and is a member of the Golden Key Honours Society for high achieving university students.

Ryan joined our firm in 2013 as a mail clerk, whilst studying part-time, and expressed an eagerness to broaden his experience in legal practice. In 2014 Ryan moved into a Paralegal position with his mentor Jessica King, and it was in this role that showed Ryan the difference a personal injury lawyer can make to a person at one of the most difficult times of their life.

This experience sparked a keen interest in personal injury and tort claims and he elected to accelerate his studies of these areas of the law. After finishing university, in 2019, Ryan commenced his legal traineeship with the firm before qualifying for admission as a lawyer.

Owing to his time at the firm, Ryan has a depth and breadth of experience in personal injury law and independently manages files across many of our practice areas including WorkCover, TAC, public liability and superannuation claims. His goal is always to achieve the best outcome for our clients, not just by listening to their story, but hearing what they have to say, and acting in a way that honours his ethics, the law and the best interests of that individual.

Ryan is a car nut and in his spare time, you might find him restoring his 1970 Dodge Phoenix or enjoying a road trip to the country.
