The Story about this Public Liability Claim

Ms Patel sustained serious physical and psychological injuries after tripping on a dangerous and uneven service cover in a Melbourne footpath. The fall caused significant spinal and ankle injuries, requiring surgery and ongoing treatment, and left her with chronic pain, reduced mobility, and psychological symptoms.
