The Story about this Public Liability Claim

Before his accident, Paul had a good retirement life.

On the day of his accident, he went to a sports bar as he waited for his wife to finish her shopping.

He was walking in through the entrance when he slipped over and injured his hip.

He turned the mat over, and found there was dirty water underneath.

The water had seeped out from the mat onto the tiled floor, and he slipped on it.

We found that the day before Paul’s incident, a builder struck a fire sprinkler and caused a flood.

The flood was not cleaned up properly afterwards, leaving the mat to be saturated.

We sued the owner and joined the builder into the claim.

We managed to obtain compensation for Paul without going to Court.
