Nora was employed as an Office Commercial Cleaner who suffered injuries to her shoulder and back in the course of her employment.

She underwent right shoulder surgery but had limited benefit and could not see any hope of improvement with further surgery. In the end she was left with a total inability to return to employment.

She came to us for advice noting she only really speaks Spanish. Fortunately, we have staff, including our Henry Carus, able to speak Spanish fluently.

My name is Nora, Im a 63 years old woman.I worked for 1.5 years in cleaning and I suffered from an injury related to the ligaments of my shoulders.
