The Story about this TAC Claim

Prior to his transport accident, Khoder was on his way to setting up his own painting business. Unfortunately during the preparation stages of this business he was involved in a head on collision when another driver crossed into his lane.

He sustained multiple injuries to his spine, shoulder and right hand. After a some time had passed and he realised that it is unlikely he will return to his pre-injury work capacity he sought assistance from our office to seek compensation. We got to work immediately with a view of resolving his claim for fair compensation. The TAC made it difficult for Khoder by denying his request for a serious injury certificate and at various points ceasing his benefits. We were required to litigate both aspects through courts and tribunals to assist Khoder with both his treatment and his request for common law compensation. After lengthy litigation the TAC eventually agreed to pay Khoder a fair lump sum for his injuries.
