The Story about this Public Liability Claim

Erika had a fall whilst in hospital. After a significant period of rehab, due to the injuries from the fall, she sought legal advice from another legal firm about bringing a claim against the hospital.

Initially she was told the law firm would assist her, but then they advised they did not think she could prove her claim.
