The Story about this TAC Claim

Salam came to us for help after being seriously injured in a car accident. He was driving north on Beach Road, Beaumaris 3193 VIC, with his entire family in the car, Another driver travelling at approximately 50-60kms p/hour has failed to stop at a stop sign and give way to oncoming traffic and has turned right from Bodley Street, Beaumaris, whereby hitting the driver’s side of Salam’s car. This caused Salam to lose control of his vehicle and to collide with a sign and another vehicle.

Salam was not able to return to work following his accident and had to cease his employment.

His physical injuries and not being able to provide for his family has had a devastating impact on his life.

Prior to the transport accident, Salam was a very active man. He has worked all over the world, including being a scuba diving instructor.

However, due to the accident Salam now spends most of his time inside trying not to aggravate the injuries sustained in the accident.

Undoubtable, Salam’s accident massively diminished his quality of life.
