The Story about this Public Liability Claim

June is a lovely 86 year old lady who unfortunately suffers from multiple myeloma. As part of her ongoing treatment, she visits a hospital regularly for chemotherapy.

One day, she was walking along the hallway of the hospital, when she tripped on a raised brass carpet runner. She fell forward on her outstretched arm, injuring her shoulder as a result.
