The Story about this TAC Claim

Kaycee is a young lady who was a pedestrian struck by a motor vehicle that failed to give way while she was on her work lunch break. She suffered a right knee injury which substantially resolved post surgery, however she was left with surgical scarring. We assisted Kaycee through both the WorkCover and TAC aspects of her claim.
