The Story about this TAC Claim

Martin was riding the bus on his day off and was returning from buying some groceries. A pedestrian wandered out in front of the bus he was riding, the driver slammed on the brakes and Martin was thrown out of his seat. The accident caused a very nasty neck injury that was identified quickly and treated appropriately. Martin’s doctors were insisting he get surgery but due to complications and risks with his long-term medications he decided against this. In the background of the neck injury, Martin noticed issues with his shoulders had developed as well. Together, his injuries completely changed his life and his ability to work and generally function day-to-day.
