The Story about this TAC Claim

Leika is a retired lady who was unfortunately involved in an accident last year whilst traveling on her local tram. Unaware of her legal rights, Leika approached our firm for advice on whether she had any entitlements to compensation. We investigated the accident circumstances and obtained witness statements who were present on the tram. It became apparent that there was an unidentified vehicle involved in the accident. The unidentified vehicle ran a red light, causing the tram to suddenly stop in its path which caused Leika to fall and fracture her elbow.
