The Story about this Public Liability Claim

John came to our office after a very tragic accident. His son was killed while playing basketball at his neighbour’s home when the brick wall against which the basketball hoop was attached came down upon him. He was killed instantly, and sadly John watched it all happen. He suffered a psychiatric reaction to the event and asked us if he could receive compensation for his loss.
