Jianzhong was working as a warehouse worker when he injured his back. It was a significant injury, but Jianzhong tried to continue working but was eventually unable to work without considerable pain in his back. He remained hopeful he could be retrained, but as an older worker with almost no English skills, he slowly realized that he would not be able to work again.

He asked us to help him, and we did so, fighting hard to get him serious injury certificates for his injuries and then compensation.
