The Story about this TAC Claim

Marty chose Henry Carus + Associates on the recommendation of a family friend. He was seriously injured when out on his motorbike for a ride. Marty was a keen and very experienced motorbike rider and he was on his way down to Phillip Island with his partner Vicky to meet some friends. They were on the South Gippsland Highway when a car pulled out of a side road without seeing Marty. His was knocked from his bike, thrown in the air and landed badly, sustaining multiple injuries. Vicky was on her own motorbike travelling just behind Marty and saw the whole event unfold. In one single moment in time we felt our lives had taken a tragic turn forever. An impatient elderly driver didn’t see my husband and smashed him off his motorcycle. This vivid scene will never leave my memory as I rode behind him and seeing him catapulted to what I thought, through the air, to his death.
