The Story about this TAC Claim
Mark came to our office after suffering a serious back injury following a TAC related motor vehicle accident.
In fact, he and his wife were injured in the accident. Mark is an incredible family man determined to get back to the level he was achieving before the accident, and although he did recover a lot, it was obvious his serious back injury would impact his family life, and his ability to earn. TAC agreed to give Mark a serious injury certificate and with responsibility for the accident accepted, TAC turned its mind to the value of the claim.

I suppose the best way to start this is, thank you. Thank you for your professional advice, thank you for support, thank you for prompt approach, thank you for been a friendly voice while I felt my entire world was falling apart.
Along with moving to a new country, starting a new job, finding a new home for our family. I purchase a brand new car, my first new car ever, drove it out of the showroom, picked up my wife and 2 young girls to go for a family drive.
Within a hour of purchasing the new car, we were stopped in traffic when we were rear ended by a third party who I believe was travelling approx. 40km/h. Its like the other car hitting a brick wall with my family behind it.
Within a couple of days I felt pain & attended the doctors. I googled many injury lawyers, reading reviews and straight away Henry Carus offices stood out to me. It was a easy phone call, comfortable and informative.
As I struggled with the injury, life and work commitments. I continued to try to work as best as possible until I was told I need surgery and a artificial C5-C6 Disc replacement was to be fitted in my neck. I was 8 months out of work, lost my new job and felt like I was losing my mind to be honest.

TAC as a whole haven't been terrible to deal with but its the advice from Henry and Georgina which eased my worries.
All I ever wanted was to be put in the same position I was before the accident happened. I want to work everyday, support my family be an example to my girls. This accident stopped that.
When my position stabilized and I returned to some capacity of work with a different employer. I asked Henry to approach TAC in relation to my claim. Henry worked towards my needs and requirements and set up a date with a Barrister, himself and TAC.
Henry offered advise on this day, before, during and after as I sat in another office. Loss of earning and compensation, everything settled that day!
I was blown away by what Henry was able to negotiate on my behalf. I was so happy, my wife was so happy we could of sang from the tree tops!
Henry advised even after the last offer was made , he was prepared that we can try negotiate in court for more if I wanted too. I just wanted this whole thing behind me.
Times like this in my life has made myself apricate so much, so as much as I wanted to be back doing what I done before the accident, that couldn't happen and the only way this can be measured is by financial compensation and in my eyes Henry & Georgina achieved much than my expectation.
