Benjamin Pretty

Drawn to legal studies from a young age, Ben enjoys the challenging dynamic that being a lawyer represents, and the ever-changing nature of the field. He finds Personal Injury a particularly rewarding area of law given the opportunity to assist people who are experiencing difficult periods in their lives, to claim the compensation they deserve and look to a brighter future.

Ben transitioned from Trainee Lawyer to Lawyer in 2022 with Henry Carus + Associates. Ambitious in his nature, he wishes to further develop his legal knowledge to become a better legal practitioner, with views to one day studying for the bar with the intention of becoming a Barrister.

When not focusing on his clients, Ben will likely be participating in sport! He plays competitively in both Australian Rules Football (AFL) in winter and Tennis in the great Aussie summers. Ben is also a passionate supporter of the Geelong “Cats” Football Club.
