The Story about this Public Liability Claim

Our client, John, was completing his usual early morning workout at a gymnasium, when he tripped and fell due to a hazard that was left beneath the matting on the gym floor. John suffered several injuries as a result of the fall and was experiencing increasing pain as a result.

John called our office and was completely unaware of his rights and whether there would be anything that we could potentially do to assist him with his situation. We were more than willing to assist him with his claim, and it was a pleasure to guide John through the legal process.

Although we tried to find an early resolution to John’s claim, the matter was strongly defended by the gymnasium’s insurance representatives and legal team. Despite these challenges, we were able to successfully resolve John’s claim without him having to appear in Court.
